Ladies Running Club

The LRC is an affiliate member of the Malta Amateur Athletic Association (MAAA).

We are a friendly bunch, and although most of us would like to be fitter and faster (and younger) there is no pressure. We organise our training runs so that nobody is left behind. We also get together for social events and races.
