Claire Agius Ordway started running after giving birth to her third son. Mother of three and a full time producer and presenter on TV, she completed 3 full and 3 half marathons as well as numerous other races. Four years ago she decided to change her training routine. She now trains 6 times a week and her training varies from weight training to circuit training, running and lately crossfit too. Claire changed her body, mind and soul. She often documents her training sessions on her social media pages and blog. Claire is a firm believer that if one practices any sport one will have the courage to face daily challenges and even tougher ones in a more serene way.
