This mouth guard adjusts to the shape of the mouth. Put the mouth guard in light boiling water: the guard then becomes soft and shrinks. Remove the guard from the water and allow it to drip the remaining water. Then you put it around the upper part of your mouth and press the guard against the jaw. Then rinse the mouth guard with cold water: now you have a perfectly appropriate mouth guard.

RETURNS

Returns shall be guaranteed for up to ONE week following re-opening, on any purchased item as of MONDAY 16th March 2020 onwards.

Clients purchasing large gym equipment will be contacted to coordinate delivery.
For heavy/large goods that do not fit in lift or FOR premises having no lift, there will be the need of a lifting service at a charge of €35 (to be paid upon delivery).
